I was probably what a Realtor would consider a worst case scenario buyer. I started looking at the market with a very low dollar amount (just a couple $X,000.00) for a down payment. That being said, the properties I first looked at were not the properties I saw myself raising a family in. I continued to save more money, a lot more, but the market kept rising and it seemed like I wasn’t going to get ahead of it. This was upsetting to me, but Ben was always telling me “don’t worry Mike, there’s one out there for you, we are going to find it.” due to my low dollar starting, this took much time, as I needed save much more. 3 years later we found it! Talk about dedication! This guy is awesome. He didn’t just want to sell me a house. Ben made sure it was the right one for me, and devoted a lot of his time to me to make sure I would be happy, and I am! Now I have my 3 bed, 1.5 bath, 2.5 car garage with driveway home I was dreaming of for those 3 long years. Thanks so much to the entire M3 team for making my dream come true! and guiding me through the process with the most professional advice and demeanor. I will use only them going forward when I someday sell my home, and buy another house. Ben, and the M3 team are THE way to go.
