Ben Mullikin was a wonderful Realtor. I am not one for sales people pushing you to buy something and Ben is nothing like that. Ben took me to see over 30+ houses over a course of 2 years. He was honest about each house and would point our both positives and negatives in the house I may not have thought of myself. He never gave up on finding me a house as out of the 30+ houses I didn’t like any of them except for the one I bought. This was a long process but he always made time to see the additionally houses till we finally found the one. I have a very intense work schedule and he worked around it so I could find my starter home. As this was my first home Ben provided me all the key things to look for in a house and things to think about when building an offer. I would 100% recommend Ben as a Realtor to anyone who is looking. After this process my father even said that if he sells his house one day he would love to have Ben as his Realtor.
