I happened to stumble over M3 Realty through a random Zillow query, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first house Pat showed me, I was impressed by her knowledge and customer service. As a buyer’s agent, she pointed out problem areas or potential things to address. She knew about local codes and possible special assessments. She had my best interests in mind with each house she showed me – and there were a LOT of them. When I finally found the right house (2 1/2 yrs later), the deal almost fell through 3 days before closing when the underwriter had an issue with the deck (which had inspected fine). When Pat called me to tell me about the underwriter’s issue, she already had a plan in place to address it. She and Martin quickly bought and installed some spindles on the deck railing – the very next day – and the closing proceeded as planned! I’m so grateful to them! I would HIGHLY recommend M3 Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell. My finance guy also commented that Pat was possibly the best Realtor he’d ever worked with, and can’t wait to do so again!
