As a builder I get exposed to a lot of so called “professional Realtors” most fall way short of my expectations, the Mullikin Team, NEVER. I have enjoyed working with Pat for over 15 years, she has always been my “go to gal” she has sold more than a dozen homes for me, one time she sold 2 homes for me in 5 days!! NOBODY beats Pat and her team.
