Becky Grossman

Becky began her real estate career as an administrative assistant, learning the ins and outs of contract work while coordinating marketing efforts and client communication. As a licensed agent, Becky found her passion is working with clients to help make their home dreams a reality. The key for her is building relationships with people from the initial explanation of each step of the process, to strategizing and negotiating the best deal for her clients, to handing over the keys at closing. This approach, partnered with her drive for success, has proven itself for Becky and her clients. 

Prior to real estate, Becky worked for two national banks in customer service, business analytics, and financial services marketing. She also spent 5 years teaching middle school math at Brookfield Academy, as well as taking time out of the professional workplace to stay home and raise her children.  She grew up in Brookfield, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University, and has lived in several local communities, giving her personal knowledge of the areas where she works.  

Becky currently lives in Waukesha with her husband and children in an old farmhouse. When not watching her kids play sports or perform in school dramas, her hobbies include exercising, furniture rehabbing/home decor, and walking their miniature red poodle, Russell.

Her passion for everything she does means that she delivers the best real estate experience to her clients. Becky’s goal is to build relationships for a lifetime, not just a transaction.
