Pat Mullikin

Pat is a partner, founder, and team leader at M3 Realty.

Her real estate career began in 1992 with a desire to work in a field that would have a positive impact on people. After 18 years in a negative industry, Pat decided the long term effect of constant negativity was too scary to continue. Over the past 25 years the overall joy and satisfaction of guiding people through the largest transaction of their life has been the greatest reward of all. Amid the happy, sad, funny, serious, problem-ridden and ridiculously-easy transactions that Pat has been part of, she will tell you each and every one of them has deepened her appreciation of other people. Regardless of the reason for a move, the eventual outcome is always positive for those involved, because it allows them to move forward in their lives. 

Pat’s son, Ben, has joined her in the business, and now Ben’s wife, Jennifer, is part of the team as well. The family dynamic helps their clients because there is a vibrant synergy when the entire team works together toward the same goal.
