Ryan Guthrie
I’m very excited to be joining the M3 Realty team. Born and raised in Waukesha, I moved out to the Lake Country area in 2014 and love spending time on Lake Nagawicka and utilizing the Ice Age trials. My wife and son keep me on my toes and we live by the motto of “work hard and play harder”.
We love the outdoors and enjoy ATVing, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing and cross country road trips. Cars, F1 Racing are always topics of discussion around the dinner table. (My wife loves that)
My background is in new home construction and remodeling. All of these chapters in my professional life have led me to find my passion in Real Estate. I enjoy finding that unique property. It might be a Hobby Farm, Car Barn, Architectural Gems, you name it. I have connections throughout the SE/SW regions and love to connect you with that perfect home. I always feel rewarded when I am able to help my clients fulfill that goal.
