Gail Braatz
Gail Braatz is an agent of M3 Realty and a 22-year veteran of real estate sales specializing in Jefferson, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Gail enjoys selling as well as working with buyers because she gets the opportunity to teach her clients and walk them through the entire home buying process. One lender even refers to her as “the mom” of real estate!
What Gail enjoys most about working at M3 Realty is the feeling of being liberated. She explains, “I have help when or if I need it, opinions or clerical, and I have the ability to manage my business as I wish.”
When she has free time away from real estate, which is very rare, she likes to travel as much as possible, tries her luck at the casino, spends quality time with her son and dog, and even works from home.
