Niko Marlis – Your Friendly Greek Realtor

Niko is a 13 year veteran of real estate sales in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties.  Growing up and living in North Lake, Wisconsin and attending Arrowhead High School has given him a personal perspective on life in Lake Country. 

What Niko enjoys most about working at M3 Realty is that the goal is always to take care of clients first and foremost. Niko goes on to say, “Other companies I’ve worked for were all about the production numbers and in my experience, once you take care of the people, the numbers follow.”

In his free time (if there is such a thing for realtors), Niko enjoys spending time with his kids, golfing and volunteering at his church.
